Daniel's gone... (sob!)

I drove Daniel to Minneapolis today. He is gone to Europe for 20 days as a People to People Student Ambassador. I only teared up twice before he left.
Now, it's just me with Birkie, my devil cat, and Lady, my blind Labrador retriever. That sounds so pitiful, doesn't it?
Whenever I pack a suitcase, Birkie knows something is up, and he doesn't like it! So he decided to get on top of Daniel's suitcase to keep him from leaving. I also took a picture of Daniel in his official PTP shirt. He refused to smile because he said ambassadors don't smile.

Okay, now back to stamping! The centerpiece of this card was inspired by Lisa Somerville. (Her blog link is over on the right.) It's the square from Baroque Motifs. I inked it with Wild Wasabi and then kissed it twice to the swirl from Baroque Motifs (uninked). This pulled some of the ink off, making the stamped image look aged.
