Made on the fly!

I'm so proud of this card because I made it on the fly, and that's just not me!  I had the Daffodil Delight cardbase and the white embossed layer laying on my craft table.  I pulled the color combo from the Color Coach: Daffodil Delight, Smoky Slate, and Soft Sky.
I used the Mosaic Madness stamp set and Mosaic punch along with the Designer Typeset photopolymer stamp set (for the arrow) and the sentiment is from Six-Sided Sampler.
Happy stamping!

Gift card holder

This is the other project we made at the workshop.  I found this gift card holder on Dawn's Stamping Thoughts blog.  The Pool Party cardbase is 4 1/4 X 11, scored at 2 and 5 1/2.  Punch a 1/2 circle in the center of the end next to the 2" score to make a slot to pull the gift card out.  Then fold in that end and adhere it at the top and bottom of the card to form the pocket for the gift card.
The Quatrefancy DSP piece is 4 X 1 3/4.  The white embossed piece is 4 X 3 1/4.  We stamped the 4 large shapes from Mosaic Madness in colors from the DSP (Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango and Strawberry Slush), and we punched them out with the Mosaic punch.  The sentiment from Banner Greetings is stamped in Island Indigo.
Happy stamping!

Quick and simple card

This is the card I made Mama for Mother's Day.  I was under the gun to get it in the mail, no surprise there!  The base is Pool Party.  I added a strip of the new Quatrefancy DSP (love it!) and Island Indigo ribbon from SAB.  I stamped the one image from Mosaic Madness in Island Indigo and added a Tangerine Tango button (also from SAB).
Happy stamping!
