Giving thanks (NSR)

I think I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I was in an accident. I didn't give any details then. The day after Christmas, I was driving down to Minneapolis to pick up my son when I hit some ice. My car fishtailed, went off the road, flipped and landed upside down. (I think it might have flipped twice; the details are a bit fuzzy!) Praise God, I walked away! I took this photo right after I got out. Pretty scary, huh? I had a few tiny bruises, some muscle pain for a few days, and I irritated a nerve in my elbow causing a couple of tingly fingers. No bruising from the seat belt, no broken bones. I am very thankful for the people who stopped and came down to check on me and help me get out of my car. One man said he was afraid to look inside after watching me crash.
Take a moment to hug your loved ones today and be thankful!

God was surly watching over you. The roads were bad in the Cities for that week. My husband had an uncle who was in the same type of accident a few days after you in the Cities and he did not walk away from it. Thankful you are ok!
