Glittery masculine card!

I made this card for a friend's birthday, but I forgot to take a picture of it!  I liked it so much that I made another one to share with you.
The cardbase is Crumb Cake, and I stamped the new Hardwood BG on it in Night of Navy.  I stamped the trees in Night of Navy then added two-way glue and Dazzling Diamonds for the glittery snow.  The ribbon is denim.

Soho Subway birthday card

Here's my third card using the Soho Subway DSP.  Can you tell that I love it?  The cardbase is Sahara Sand, and I added some Island Indigo ruffled ribbon.  The sentiment is from Label Love and punched with the artisan label punch.  I also punched out an Early Espresso piece then cut it in half to make a border.

CAS anniversary card

This card is so simple!  There is no stamping on it at all.  The entire pattern is from Soho Subway DSP.  The cardbase is Island Indigo.  I used the retired slot punch at the fold so I could tie on the new Chevron ribbon from the Occasions catalog.

Valentine card!

When I saw this card on Lyssa's blog, I knew it would be the perfect Valentine card!  We made it at my last workshop, and everyone loved it!  The finished card is 4 1/4" square.  We made a matching 4 1/2" square envelope using the envelope punch board.  Here's the link to Lyssa's tutorial.  I found that the front lined up perfectly when I scored just shy of 2 1/8".  I also added the Soho Subway DSP pieces on the front.  It's a 4" square piece of DSP cut in half.  The heart is punched from the same DSP. You can make the card and envelope from one sheet of DSP and still have a little left over!  The sentiment is from A Round Array and is punched out with the 7/8" scallop circle punch.

Scrap card!

I made this card using scraps from my craft table.  The Winter Frost DSP is leftover from my Christmas cards.  They were already 1 1/2" wide, so I just had to trim them down to 3 3/4".  I adhered them to a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Island Indigo cardstock.  I tied Coastal Cabana ribbon around that and adhered it to a Coastal Cabana cardbase.
The flower from Secret Garden and the Island Indigo punched flower were already on my craft table.  I added the Smoky Slate scallop circle and a silver button (from the Occasions Mini) tied with Island Indigo bakers twine.
Happy stamping!

Make a Wish watercolor card

This card was inspired by one that Lyssa Zwolanek posted on Facebook.  She has a watercolor drip tutorial on her blog, Song of My Heart Stampers.  I did mine a little bit differently than hers; mine was more coloring and less dripping, LOL. The ink colors I used were Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Island Indigo, and Elegant Eggplant. I colored each band with ink and an aquapainter.  I added water to the paper before adding the ink, and then I squeezed the aquapainter a bit to make the drips.
The cardbase is Daffodil Delight.  I added a layer of Basic Black to make the colors pop then put the watercolor paper on top.
I stamped the sentiment from Perfect Pennants with VersaMark and embossed with black EP.  I cut it out with the Big Shot and Chalk Talk framelits then added a loop of Daffodil Delight seam binding ribbon behind it.  The final touch is Candy Dots in the corners.

You make me happy!

I made this card for Mama using products from the new Occasions catalog and Saleabration catalog.
The cardbase is Soft Sky, and I embossed hearts on the bottom using the Big Shot and Adorning Accents embossing folder.  I also added Daffodil Delight binding ribbon.
The sun is made with a paper doily that I sponged with Daffodil Delight ink.  I cut the edge with the new fringe scissors.
The sentiment is from a SAB set, See Ya Later.  Mama used to sing You Are My Sunshine to me when I was little, so I thought of her right away when I saw that sentiment!  I colored it with Pool Party, Calypso Coral, and Basic Gray markers.  I layered the sentiment on top of a tag made from Sweet Sorbet DSP (from SAB) and cut out with Chalk Talk framelits.
